The Wyoming Valley West Middle School is the first in the area to adopt the Olweus Anti-Bullying Program. The following are the anti-bullying rules that govern our Middle School:

  1. We Will Not Bully Others.
  2. We Will Try to Help Students Who Are Bullied.
  3. We Will Try to Include Students Who are Left Out.
  4. If We Know That Somebody Is Being Bullied, We Will Tell an Adult at School and an Adult at Home.
We firmly believe that the Olweus Program will help to foster School Unity.
“It doesn’t matter what shape, size, hair or skin color, how we speak or where we come from. What matters is that Wyoming Valley West is a family; no we are a pack. A pack helps one of their members, through thick and thin. So since we are a pack we don’t let anyone down, fight, or be mean to others. What I’m trying to say is, we don’t bully!”
